Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Legal Recruiter | Business Solutions Manager @ Adams & Martin Group Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a leading law firm in San Francisco seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their collaborative and fast‑paced team. This is a full‑time, fully on‑site position, offering an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and gain hands‑on exposure to all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities The Paralegal will assist attorneys with:

Preparing litigation documents

Drafting correspondence and memoranda

Setting appointments, meetings, and depositions

Preparing deposition and trial exhibits

Document editing and light word processing (paralegal must process their own work)

Conducting legal research and cite‑checking

Performing factual investigations

Contacting clients and potential clients

Coordinating updates and revisions to the firm website

Filing and serving legal documents (electronically and in hard copy)

Managing and organizing data and documents, creating and maintaining litigation databases

Searching and retrieving electronic discovery from databases and other sources

Managing administrative, calendar, and records functions

Assisting with general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and answering telephones

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal, preferably with mid to large firm experience

Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor under pressure

Willingness to work overtime (nights and weekends) as required

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Proficiency with Lexis

Experience with Relativity, Summation, Concordance, CaseMap, and/or other litigation database programs

Strong familiarity with basic legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery) and a firm understanding of litigation procedures

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of documents

Ability to read information on a computer monitor for extended periods (up to 10 hours a day, when needed)

Productivity Requirements (Optional)

Expected to bill at least 100 hours per month on billable client matters, with minimal write‑offs due to quality of work
