Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
Create systems and business process models, specifications, and diagrams for developers
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicate changes to stakeholders
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
2 – 4 years of related experience or equivalent experience reflecting the level of this position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL queries, and Business Requirement Documents
Strong analytical skills to verify requirements for completeness and feasibility
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) in IT services
Knowledge of requirement gathering processes and strategies for enhancement
Experience with user documentation and help desk support
Strong organizational skills to manage project documentation and timelines
