Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Lead and manage a team of accountants.

Conduct regular financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision‑making.

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.

Assist with the implementation of accounting systems and processes.

Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and leadership/management experience.

Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices.

(Previous manufacturing experience is a big plus).
