Schedule: This is full-time Monday - Friday position

Location: San Diego or Illinois

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director, Contracts, assists in the development, negotiation, and management of complex contracts to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements for all of St. Paul’s Senior Services subsidiary entities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

An associate degree is preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. A minimum of two years of contract administration experience may be considered in lieu of an associate degree.

Experience:

Two to five years of related experience in contract administration

Responsibilities & Duties:

Draft and manage all PACE Letters of Agreement (LOA) and Split Billing Agreements (SBA) to ensure adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.

Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts within Conga Contracts, including creation, review, negotiation, approval, execution, storage, and renewal/termination of contracts. Ensure all contracts are accurately uploaded to Conga Contracts, properly categorized, and maintained in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist in tracking contract milestones in Conga Contracts and proactively notify contract owners of upcoming renewals and expirations to ensure timely action and continuity of agreements.

Acts as the primary liaison between credentialing verification organizations and St. Paul’s PACE.

Creates and maintains an electronic database of St. Paul’s PACE contracted providers to ensure all pertinent provider information is kept up to date.

Monitors relevant websites for disciplinary actions from the Board of Medical Examiners, exclusions from Medicare and Medicaid as listed by the Office of Inspector General (OIG), and debarments or suspensions reported by the General Services Administration (GSA).

Assists with orientation with contracted facilities and contractors to ensure effective coordination of participant care.

Performs additional duties and tasks as required or requested.

Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent contract negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Working knowledge Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Word processing skills, data collection skills and knowledge of basic statistical principles.

Excellent computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
