Senior Financial Analyst
to own the budgeting process and lead forecasting and financial analysis across a growing multi-location organization. This role is ideal for a candidate who is career-driven, personable and able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial leaders. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, reporting and system transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the annual budgeting process for 50+ locations across six states.
Build and maintain multi-year financial models and cash flow forecasts.
Provide detailed variance analysis with clear explanations of drivers and trends.
Collaborate with operational leaders to communicate financial results.
Create and manage dashboards in Power BI to visualize financial performance.
Support FP&A system evaluation, selection and implementation.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies in budgeting and planning workflows.
Manage program and admin cost allocations, including setup, tracking and changes.
Occasional travel to other offices as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required.
Strong budgeting and forecasting expertise.
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
Experience with Power BI and enterprise FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Planful, Vena).
Excellent analytical, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to simplify financial concepts.
Collaborative, approachable and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear path for growth with a strong history of internal promotions.
Flexibility for work from home days available after successful training and onboarding.
Must be local or already planning to relocate to the Phoenix market to be considered.
