Director of Recruitment & Business Development

Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the FP&A team, responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. This role will work closely with business leaders and accounting teams to deliver insights that guide decision-making and improve financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process and develop detailed operating and capital expenditure plans. Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting, incorporating business drivers, trends, and performance metrics. Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, providing clear explanations and recommendations. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior leadership. Partner with department leaders to understand financial performance, resource needs, and cost drivers. Support long‑range financial planning, scenario modeling, and strategic analysis. Assist with KPI development and monitoring, identifying opportunities for process or margin improvement. Collaborate with Accounting during the monthly close to ensure accurate financial results and timely insights. Continuously enhance financial models, reporting tools, and forecasting accuracy. Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a plus. ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
