Our Mid-Atlantic National sales team is dedicated to partnering with organizations to address and solve complex risk problems. At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we pride ourselves in providing solutions that directly impact our customers’ ability to mitigate and manage risk.
The National Account Manager role maintains and grows a book of business in the Mid-Atlantic territory while driving the utilization of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products across various platforms to create positive business outcomes.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Developing sales strategies and assessing revenue potential to maximize opportunities and penetrate markets.
Creating detailed sales plans for each assigned account to strategically target efforts and identify additional product or solution needs.
Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels and acting as a liaison between sales support and customers to provide superior service.
Implementing effective account/territory plans that include new business growth, resource management, revenue forecasting, and developing key contacts and relationships within new accounts.
Using business analysis tools to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific activities, and analyze competitive threats.
Understanding the value of LexisNexis Risk products and pricing, articulating benefits in a manner meaningful to customers.
Qualifications
10+ years proven sales experience with relevant industry or product experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and forecasting skills.
Deep understanding of corporate and professional research processes and ability to quickly learn LexisNexis Risk products and services.
Outstanding networking capabilities.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
Comfortable with up to 30% travel.
Must be located in North Carolina, Virginia, or DC.
