Senior Manager, Global Therapy Marketing Location: Lakewood, Colorado (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Job Summary The Senior Manager, Global Therapy Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across upstream strategy, market development, and downstream commercialization for a protocol therapy within the Apheresis Platform. This role will focus on opportunity identification, market assessments, evidence development, and commercial program execution to drive awareness, adoption and therapy expansion. The role requires a strong strategic mindset and the ability to translate market insights into actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities

Upstream Strategy & Indication Expansion

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and indication expansion through data‑driven assessments

Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, market assessments, and customer segmentation to support strategic decision‑making

Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new opportunities

Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams to translate VOC insights into pipeline initiatives

Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and validate market opportunities

Market Development & Evidence Generation

Develop and execute evidence strategies to expand adoption in novel disease areas

Partner with clinical and Medical Affairs teams to generate and leverage new clinical evidence to support adoption

Partner with reimbursement and market access teams to remove barriers to adoption

Translate evidence, reimbursement, and policy initiatives into regional and customer‑facing initiatives

Plan and influence global conference strategies to enhance visibility and credibility in the market

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop localized adoption strategies and pilots

Downstream Commercial Execution

Amplify evidence and own the messaging platform through development and refinement of product messaging, value propositions, and claims based on clinical and market insights

Create and deploy marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support regional field teams

Partner with sales enablement, regional marketing, and training teams to drive accountability in commercial execution and alignment back to the business

Develop and execute regional operating mechanisms and accountability metrics to align global strategies with local execution

Monitor and analyze market and regional trends to inform future global commercial plans and provide feedback loop for knowledge sharing

Manage competitive intelligence opportunities and threats and build global/regional approaches to address needs

Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, life sciences or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience

10 years’ experience, preferably in marketing

Experience working in medical device, pharma, biotechnology or other closely regulated industry preferred

Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize multiple inputs, analyze complex situations & trends, and identify long‑term market opportunities and develop growth strategies

Clinical & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of both clinical and commercial levers in medical device / life science marketing; ability to translate clinical information into business and customer lens

Messaging & Positioning: Expertise in developing compelling, evidence‑based procedure messaging

Cross‑functional leadership: Strong ability to work across business development, product marketing, medical affairs, clinical affairs, regulatory, communications, regional marketing, finance, and sales excellence to drive strategic alignment

Data‑Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to use market intelligence and performance metrics to optimize strategies and develop perspective and outlook in new markets

Executional Excellence: Focus on translating initiative into concrete actions and ability to operate in diverse regional markets

Target Pay Range Target Pay Range: $160,700.00 to $200,900.00 Target Bonus on Base: 20.0%
