Lead Accounting/Financial Manager – Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc. (EOR) St. Paul, MN – on-site with work-from-home flexibility. Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the accounting and financial operations of a mid-sized environmental consulting firm. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with GAAP accounting, and a proven ability to manage a multi‑location finance team. Responsibilities

Lead the finance team to prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and reports in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Design and maintain internal controls and audit processes; coordinate external audits and manage relationships with CPA firms. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. Collaborate with the CFO to create budgets, financial forecasts, and financial risk assessments. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital expenditures, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. Supervise and mentor staff; work with accounting consultants and cross‑department partners. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. Minimum 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience; leadership experience required. Experience with Deltek VantagePoint accounting software; QuickBooks experience a plus. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Passion for operating in a mission‑driven, environmentally focused, and values‑based organization. Preferred

Experience in a mid‑size A&E consulting firm. Experience with Canadian/multicurrency transactions. Benefits
