Engage with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify pain points and unmet needs
Analyze current digital landscapes and define future-state solutions aligned with strategic goals
Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization's digital product catalog
Translate business and clinical needs into scalable, secure, user-centric requirements
Shape the digital strategy and solutions roadmap while providing analysis for informed decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional experience in digital strategy, healthcare technology, or consulting
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across a dynamic portfolio
Strong capability to balance strategy with execution
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in driving business transformation through digital innovation and leveraging emerging technologies
Management consulting experience
Master’s degree in Health Informatics, MBA, or a related discipline
Familiarity with digital health trends, EHR systems, and interoperability standards
Experience with ROI modeling and business case development
