Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr.

Hourly wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and ensure proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
