We are recruiting a Direct Hire Accounting Manager to take a dynamic range of responsibilities in Accounting and Finance. The organization offers a competitive benefits package, generous PTO and a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting functions including AP, AR, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Month End Closing duties and Financial Statements

Assist in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger by preparing and posting journal entries

Perform all balance sheet account reconciliations including various payroll deductions

Review and approve payroll to a payroll outsourcing company

Analyze financial data to help make informed business decisions

Identify areas for improvement and cost savings

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and financial records

Coordinate with external CPA office on various tax filings and reporting

Requirements

CPA preferred

Proficiency in Excel

Strong organizational skills
