Manager, Demand Generation , you’ll build and scale the marketing engine that fuels Mogl’s next stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution — turning campaigns into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. You’ll take ownership of our paid media programs, marketing automation, and analytics, working closely with Sales Ops and BDR teams to keep the funnel healthy and growing. What You’ll Gain

Front-line growth experience: Shape how Mogl generates demand across multiple business lines and geographies. Cross-functional exposure: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to drive aligned growth. Ownership and autonomy: Take the lead on paid media strategy, HubSpot marketing automation, and funnel performance. Access to modern tools and platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), and programmatic media through The Trade Desk. Lead Demand Generation Programs Develop and execute full-funnel lead generation campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and more). Manage budgets, pacing, and performance with an eye toward continuous improvement.

Own Marketing Automation & Nurture Oversee HubSpot Marketing Hub strategy and day‑to‑day execution. Build segmentation, lead scoring, and automated workflows that convert leads into opportunities.

Run Analytics & Funnel Reporting Track and optimize performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards. Monitor pipeline health, attribution, and campaign ROI to guide decision‑making.

Partner Across Sales & Marketing Collaborate with Sales Ops and BDR teams to align on lead handoff, feedback loops, and SLAs. Ensure campaigns are driving the right leads to the right teams at the right time.

Test, Learn & Scale Explore new channels, creative formats, and tactics to drive growth. Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

4–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, media, or adtech. Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics (GA4), and paid media platforms. A data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
