Overview
Demand Generation Manager, Capital One Software (Remote) Capital One Software is building cloud and data management tools to enable data publishing, data consumption, data governance, and infrastructure management at scale in the cloud. We are seeking top tier talent to join our pioneering team to propel the business forward and bring Slingshot to market. You will join a team of innovative product, tech, and design leaders and be the strategic hub for our lead generation initiatives. What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals, including targets for MQLs and opportunities created. Drive qualified leads: Own the planning, creation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. Align on strategy with PMM and work with Brand, Social, and Communications to implement campaigns across channels. Experimentation & Optimization: Champion continuous testing and optimization across channels, focusing on improving metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and Cost per MQL. Reporting & Analytics: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the team and leadership. Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to implement tracking and reporting to tie spend to qualified leads and pipeline. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies At least 2 years of experience marketing to multiple personas at enterprise organizations, including technical personas, business buyers, and C-suite, using both top-down and bottom-up motions At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic and ABM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Rollworks, Demandbase, or 6sense At least 2 years of hands-on experience using marketing automation software (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and CMSs/page builders (e.g., Instapage, Unbounce, WordPress, Webflow) to build and update campaign landing pages and nurture campaigns Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with demonstrated ability to stand up new initiatives and hit pipeline and revenue targets Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as scaling startups or new business units within a larger enterprise Bias toward action and resilience to experiment, fail fast, and iterate toward success 2+ years of project management experience managing complex, integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders Experience managing relationships with performance marketing agencies Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and hands-on experience with GSC, GTM, Google Ads, and GA Experience with ABM strategies and platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and lead scoring is a plus Note:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Remote (Regardless of Location): $132,800 - $151,600; Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600. Other locations follow the applicable location pay range.
