Logistics Import Manager
to take full ownership of its international inbound logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has hands‑on experience managing container‑level imports, particularly from Asia. The position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, cost‑efficiency, and on‑time delivery throughout the import supply chain. We are hiring

and seeking candidates with strong coordination, regulatory, and operational experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage international import operations from key Asian markets (China, Taiwan, Malaysia, India) Oversee full‑cycle logistics for container shipments (LCL/FCL) Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including ISF, HTS classification, and required documentation Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global vendors Monitor inbound schedules and resolve shipping/delivery issues Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, warehouse, purchasing) to align logistics with production goals Track landed costs, freight expenses, and support freight bill audits Implement logistics process improvements to reduce lead times and optimize cost Maintain clean audit trails and performance KPIs Occasionally support export coordination to Latin America and the Caribbean Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in international logistics or import management Proven experience handling imports from Asian suppliers Strong knowledge of U.S. import regulations, ISF filings, and HTS codes Proficient in supply chain platforms, ERP/logistics systems, and Excel Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Experience in a manufacturing or industrial product environment is a plus Why Apply
