The Greensboro plant, built in 1977, employs approximately 260-300 staff and has received awards for safety performance, including over a million hours without OSHA lost time.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of manufacturing, engineering, logistics, EH&S, and facilities at the plant.
Develop local strategies, lead the workforce, and coordinate with internal customer groups.
Oversee annual operating plans and resource deployment to meet production goals.
Lead safety programs, investigate incidents, and meet safety targets.
Support EBIT targets and ensure timely delivery of products.
Implement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing.
Manage capital programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Ensure GMP compliance, product safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations with supervisory experience.
Financial acumen, analytical skills, and leadership ability required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Lean certification or experience is a plus.
