Responsibilities Lead warehouse operations by managing staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and audits to maintain high standards.

Oversee inventory control, including quarterly cycle counts, ERP transactions (inventory, purchase orders, transfer orders), and reconciliation of discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Monitor metrics, identify issues, and drive process improvements to optimize warehouse performance.

Manage purchase requisitions and replenishment of inventory and supplies while maintaining budget adherence.

Partner with onsite teams and the Purchasing Department to resolve discrepancies and support inventory accuracy.

Coordinate shipping, receiving, and repair order processing, including vendor communications and approvals.

Operate forklifts and other equipment to load/unload deliveries and provide hands-on support as needed.

Perform additional warehouse projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 7+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience, or equivalent education and experience.

4+ years of supply chain and logistics experience.

4+ years of staff management and leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).

Forklift certification preferred; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment required.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) with strong reporting and communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift 35+ pounds.

Ability to work in warehouse and testing environments

Ability to frequently walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel

Ability to stand, sit, climb, stop, and kneel when necessary

Business Travel

This position requires very limited business travel. Occasional visits may be necessary to the company’s Anaheim, CA facility.

Pre-Employment

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time position is $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus benefits. Salary ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
