Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday Responsibilities

Act as an on-site representative of The Connection and a steward of the agency’s property under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. Maintain assigned properties and perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems. Travel to other locations as needed. Work full time (40 hours, 1st shift) with on-call overtime as required. Support the Operations/Property Management team to ensure smooth agency program operations across the state. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED 2 years experience in trade-related work Valid Connecticut Driver’s License Regular and predictable attendance Orientation

New hire orientation is required for selected applicants: two (2) days at the Roscommon office in Middletown. Benefits
