We’re looking for a thoughtful and motivated SDR Manager to join VTS’ growth engine. By leading, coaching, and scaling our Sales Development team, you ensure that our Sales Development Representatives are consistently supported with high-quality opportunities and a predictable pipeline. Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week. Here is what you can expect as an SDR Manager: Build the engine for VTS’ growth:

Lead the team responsible for creating a steady stream of high-quality opportunities that fuel revenue. Shape VTS’ first impression in the market:

Ensure every prospect interaction represents our vision and positions VTS as the operating system for CRE. Experiment and innovate:

Design and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and workflows that push the boundaries of modern prospecting. Partner across the business:

Collaborate with Marketing, and Rev Ops to align campaigns, target the right accounts & personas, and maximize pipeline impact. Make a lasting mark:

You’ll be in a highly visible role and play a pivotal part in scaling a high-growth SaaS company. To succeed in this role, you have: 3+ years of experience managing or leading high-performing SDR or BDR teams within B2B SaaS or PropTech environments Proven success driving outbound pipeline generation across multiple products, customer segments, and geographies Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing SDRs into quota-carrying AE roles Strong coaching mindset, with a hands-on approach to call reviews, objection handling, and playbook development Data and process driven with disciplined CRM hygiene, clear KPI ownership, and a sharp eye for performance trends Excited by the opportunity to shape the next generation of sales talent and contribute to the foundational growth of a scaling GTM team What VTS Values & How We Show It Strive for Excellence : We know your potential is unlimited. Pay Transparency The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $130,000 and $150,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
