Responsibilities
Broadcast regular performance Score Cards
Ensure supplier management is aware of performance issues
Link supplier performance to contractual obligations and calculate penalties or claims when applicable
Implement relevant logistic and quality KPIs with suppliers to anticipate performance problems
Lead and coordinate actions to recover supplier performance to expected levels; visit suppliers frequently
Characterize consequences of supplier performance to downstream supply chain
Define action plan to contain and recover nonperformance; use contracts to incentivize supplier; manage claim process
Lead regular risk analysis with supplier; build Business Continuity Plan; manage plan to reduce supplier risks; define visit and audit plan tailored to each supplier
Coordinate the Safran internal team working with suppliers; manage yearly, monthly, weekly meetings
Qualifications
5+ years in MRO purchasing, production, or supply chain
Manufacturing knowledge in MRO offload operations
Senior Level Mid-Senior level
