About The Team The Go To Market Technology (GTMT) organization enables the growth and productivity for DoorDash Go-To-Market teams with reliable data, intelligent workflows, and frictionless experiences that move at the speed of DoorDash. We build systems that streamline business processes to be nimble and effective.

About The Role We are looking for a strong individual contributor Sales Product Owner who will be a member of DoorDash’s Go To Market Technology group. As a Product Owner you will own the product strategy and vision, define the product roadmap, and deliver tools for our go-to-market teams.

In this role, you will be working on mission critical products that power core business processes at DoorDash.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will

Own product definition and roadmap

Become an expert in DoorDash’s processes for our various segments and business units

Build products that reduce friction in the sales process and directly enhance sales team effectiveness

Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to inform product design and deliver products end-to-end including driving adoption and seeking iterative feedback

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data & analytics and product to build solutions that scale across DoorDash and deliver incremental value

We’re Excited About You Because

You have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience (experience in Salesforce is preferred, or other 3rd‑party CRM tools)

You have proven ability of developing scalable solutions for diverse customer needs

You have proven success in building products that are intuitive and have seen adoption by sales teams

You have great communication skills and can present complex ideas with clarity

You know how to balance speed and agility while driving toward a strategic long‑term roadmap

You are passionate about DoorDash and the problems we are solving for

Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

Benefits

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
