Overview

The main purpose of the role is to coordinate, plan and schedule all facilities, maintenance and calibration activities. This role will work with the facilities and maintenance supervisors, supply chain and operations to ensure all preventive maintenance, facilities and calibration activities are completed per schedule and without impacting the production supply. Responsibilities

Perform the planning, estimating, scheduling and organizing of facilities, maintenance and calibration activities. Benchmark with other sites on cost reduction by materials/equipment and cost improvements. Act as the contact point for planned activities including preventive maintenance, facilities, shutdowns, calibration and other activities with engineering, supply chain and operations. Balance resource utilization and assign resources accordingly. Participate in weekly planning meetings with Supply Chain and Operations. Monitor and maintain Maintenance Key Performance Indicators. Conduct field checks to ensure accuracy of planning activities. Perform change control for updates to equipment and maintenance documentation. Perform and monitor equipment status changes, including new equipment identification and logging. Enter, update, and maintain Equipment Configurations for compliance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical) + up to 3 years of experience. EEO Statement
