Position Summary The Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating, planning, and scheduling all
facilities, maintenance, and calibration
activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. This role works cross-functionally with
Facilities, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations
teams to execute preventive maintenance schedules, manage resources, and minimize production impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, estimate, schedule, and organize all
maintenance, facilities, and calibration
activities.
Serve as the main point of contact for
planned maintenance, shutdowns, and calibration events .
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure timely task completion.
Participate in
weekly planning meetings
with Supply Chain and Operations teams.
Balance and assign
maintenance resources
to meet operational priorities.
Benchmark and implement
cost improvement and material efficiency
initiatives.
Track and maintain
Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) .
Perform
field checks
to validate planning accuracy.
Manage
equipment documentation, change control, and configuration updates
for compliance.
Oversee
new equipment setup, identification, and logging
in maintenance systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Up to 3 years
of relevant experience in maintenance planning, facilities coordination, or equipment calibration.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Experience with
maintenance management systems (CMMS)
and compliance documentation is preferred.
