Cincinnati, OH Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with other licensed engineers on design and preparation of a variety of commercial, industrial, residential, energy and community projects throughout the Midwest. Coordinate with fellow MSG staff across a variety of services sectors including: Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Traffic, Transportation, MEP, Site Construction, etc. Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and present design solutions Contribute to proposal writing and project marketing efforts, as needed Conduct site analysis, research local codes, and assist in project permitting Assist in the design and development of site plans, landscape plans, grading plans and illustrative graphics for parks, streetscapes, trail systems, civic spaces, and commercial developments Support all phases of project development, including conceptual design, construction documentation, and project administration. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelors or higher in Civil Engineering At least 4 years of related experience EIT required — Ability to obtain PE within 1 year of hire (Preferred) Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or other modeling programs required Experience in design and plan preparations Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills Benefits
