Cincinnati, OH Responsibilities
Work with licensed engineers on design and preparation of a variety of commercial, industrial, residential, energy and community projects throughout the Midwest. Coordinate with MSG staff across services sectors including Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Traffic, Transportation, MEP, Site Construction, etc. Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and present design solutions. Contribute to proposal writing and project marketing efforts, as needed. Conduct site analysis, research local codes, and assist in project permitting. Assist in the design and development of site plans, landscape plans, grading plans and illustrative graphics for parks, streetscapes, trail systems, civic spaces, and commercial developments. Support all phases of project development, including conceptual design, construction documentation, and project administration. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher in Landscape Architecture. At least 4 years of related experience. PLA licensure in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain PLA within 1 year of hire required. Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HydroCAD, LandFX, Adobe Suite, SketchUp or other modeling programs. Experience in design and plan preparations. Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills. Benefits
