Brands You will manage the construction team as well as your own projects for KFC US, ensuring the successful execution of new builds, remodels, and infrastructure projects that expand brand access and elevate the guest experience. Your mission will be to shape KFC’s future restaurant footprint by driving innovation and process optimization to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and with superior quality. Key Responsibilities:
Leading construction execution and team management, including overseeing multiple construction projects and directly managing a Construction Manager and a Construction Coordinator. Supporting budget and financial planning by managing assigned project budgets and partnering with leadership to uphold cost discipline. Driving collaboration and process improvements by strengthening relationships with municipalities, vendors, and franchisees and contributing to process improvements. Leading and supporting your team by managing, mentoring, and inspiring direct reports and fostering a collaborative culture. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate. 5+ years of relevant experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate. Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Effective communicator with solid negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. What’s In It For You:
