Pay Range: $36 - $44 per hour + Year-End Bonus Industry: Electrical / Controls (Residential, Commercial) Location: Waxahachie, TX Job Overview: Estes Electric Inc. is seeking skilled Electrical Foreman (Commercial & Industrial) to join our Field Operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician with a proven ability to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects while staying hands-on in the field. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects. Perform hands-on electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC and job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep jobs on schedule. Train, mentor, and support apprentices and less experienced electricians. Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA standards. Manage material orders, inventory, and site organization. Qualifications
Valid Journeyman Electrician License required. 5+ years of field electrical experience, with leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to run crews on active projects while performing electrical work. Strong knowledge of NEC codes and industry standards. Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
