Senior QAQC Manager – Facility Solutions Critical Environments at Miller Electric Company. This is a client-facing leadership role reporting to the Director and VP, focused on delivering quality aligned with core values for every client. Opportunity for hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and technical training. Essential Job Functions

Ensure full utilization of existing tools and programs to follow policies and procedures for projects and work evolutions managed by Miller Electric to provide overall quality control and operational excellence for project and maintenance work evolutions. Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of QAQC initiatives across existing and new facilities. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of electrical installations and systems to identify and resolve non-conformances and train others to do the same. Engage in and lead project walk-throughs to support QAQC and commissioning planning and execution. Collaborate between the project management team, engineers, manufacturers, owners, and contractors to establish quality requirements for projects and maintenance. Build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions. Create QAQC documentation plans and execution strategy for site implementation. Engage and cultivate opportunities for expanding preventative maintenance and NFPA 70B initiatives for existing clients or projects and identify new opportunities. Interface with project and maintenance teams to validate QAQC and commissioning expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion. Provide continuous improvement and standardization for QAQC and commissioning planning and execution, including root cause analysis for quality incidents. Facilitate QAQC training for all project and maintenance team members and provide on-site training for personnel responsible for managing and executing QAQC and commissioning plans. Develop plans for QAQC and testing equipment maintenance, calibration, storage, and check-out processes. Develop QAQC templates and folder structures in coordination with project management and field leadership teams. Frequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel to understand progress, needs, or issues and provide hands-on training to QAQC personnel. Provide consistent feedback and reports to upstream stakeholders. Continuously expand and update professional knowledge to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. Lead site safety and adherence to company policies and national safety standards for personnel under supervision. Education & Experience

Required: Strong computer skills with proficiency in the following programs (strongly preferred): Microsoft Office Google Suites Bluebeam Revu Procore Brady Workstation ACC Build Facility Grid CX Alloy BIM 360 Field Helix Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and adhering to: Scope of Work Contract Drawings and Revisions As Built and BIM / VDC Design Plans Specifications, including Superseding Submittals Quality Standards & Plans Request for Information National Electrical Code NFPA, NETA, IEEE, UL Codes Commissioning Plans Load Bank Layouts Project Schedule Method of Procedures & Change Management Plans Standard Operating Procedures First of Kind Inspections Quality Bulletins and Templates Understanding of levels of commissioning and required documentation Process-based work structure experience and critical thinking NFPA 70E standards and requirements Electrical installations, switchgear, and preventive maintenance in operational spaces Reading and interpreting project specifications, QAQC controls, and commissioning initiatives Experience training project teams on quality requirements and execution Minimum of 5 years experience in QAQC in critical infrastructure spaces Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Field management experience in electrical contracting and maintenance Understanding of electrical installations Experience with cross-discipline critical facility systems and operational experience Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills 30 Hour OSHA Certification required within the first year Preferred Requirements

QAQC program creation and management experience Certification in Quality Management 10 years electrical quality assurance / quality control experience College degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license Benefits
