Oversee and manage the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution Analyze program dependencies and trade-offs to inform strategic decisions and timelines Develop and present senior-level presentations to leadership across various departments Lead and mentor program management resources, focusing on talent development and performance Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate decision-making for high-complexity programs What is Required
Bachelor\'s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven track record in leading large cross-functional projects and programs Strong understanding of program management, change management principles, and Agile methodologies Experience managing successful teams and improving project delivery capabilities How to Stand Out
3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred Prior experience with Software Transformation programs and Guidewire Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint tools #PropertyAndCasualty #InsuranceCareers #RemoteWork #LeadershipOpportunity #ProjectManagement
