Lead oversight and management for a high-visibility program from inception through execution Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and trade-offs to inform strategic decisions Develop and present senior-level presentations to key leadership teams Manage and mentor program management resources to enhance team performance Establish trusted relationships with key program/project partners and guide them in managing complex initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional projects and programs Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
