Responsibilities
Provide central oversight and management for the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution
Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and trade-offs to inform strategic decisions
Develop and present senior-level presentations to leadership across various departments
Lead and mentor program management resources, ensuring effective project delivery
Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and guide them through program management processes
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
Strong understanding of program management metrics and financial analysis
Minimum of 2 large-scale implementations of programs
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading people leaders
PMI certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
Prior experience with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint tools
