Producing Director, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Administrative Support
One of our clients located in Bergen County, NJ is looking to Hire an Ecommerce Manager. We're seeking a data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead Amazon, TikTok Shop, retail media, email marketing, and digital shelf initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute e-commerce strategy across marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, Instacart, etc.)
Manage Amazon and TikTok storefronts, including product listings, promotions, and influencer partnerships
Oversee retail media budgets (Instacart, Roundel, Ibotta, Walmart Connect, etc.)
Optimize retailer platforms (e.g., Kroger.com) for content, promotions, and reviews
Lead paid social and video campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Own email marketing strategy (Klaviyo), including automation and performance tracking
Build reporting dashboards and analyze performance metrics
Coordinate inventory and fulfillment with supply chain
Collaborate with creative teams on high-converting assets
Apply a test-and-learn approach
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing, ideally in CPG
Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail media platforms
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Proficiency in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link, Google Analytics, Klaviyo
Bonus: Experience in food/beverage or DTC, Shopify, basic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
