Overview
Senior Corporate Account Manager, Microelectronics – Global High Tech role within the Nalco Water division, delivering programs and solutions to meet customers in the Microelectronics market segment. You will develop a robust understanding of customers’ businesses, industry trends, and manage global agreements. Responsible for strategic enterprise revenue activities, including driving sales opportunities, executive communications and presentations, and implementing value-added customer solutions within your assigned corporate account portfolio. Location
Location is flexible but needs to be near a major US airport. Ideal locations are Phoenix, AZ or other U.S. Western Region location 50% overnight travel required What’s In It For You

Establish, grow, and manage new and existing Global High Tech customers, focusing on the top customer in your geography Learn customers’ operations, understand challenges, and provide solutions Oversee customer service and solution delivery, communicate account priorities and plans to educate internal teams on strategies for growth Manage profitability and drive new business through prospecting, partnering with field and distributor sales teams, delivering the total value proposition, and closing sales Identify business needs and opportunities to drive adoption of new products and develop customized solutions Develop key relationships within assigned accounts and across the industry Collaborate across global regions to lead Global Corporate Account strategies Accelerate sales through negotiations of multi-year partnerships and strategic alliances with key global, national and strategic accounts Partner with field sales to deliver on contractual commitments and ensure value delivery; work with leadership to merchandise value created for growth Collaborate with other Ecolab divisions to create and maintain Enterprise Corporate Accounts Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or related 5 years of industry sales experience, preferably in water treatment or specialty chemicals Corporate account or key account sales and management background Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree Fluent in Chinese 10 years of technical sales experience Experience in Microelectronics, semiconductors, or high-tech Existing relationships/direct experience within customer base Experience working with global customers across multiple regions Demonstrated large account management success with executive-level relationship sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with industry executives Excellent organization and follow-up skills Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $134,600.00 - $201,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. Benefits
