Senior Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and coordination of landscape architecture projects across multiple scales.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance throughout the design and documentation process.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal support and client presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
Professional licensure (or ability to obtain) preferred.
10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including experience managing projects.
Strong design portfolio showcasing both conceptual and technical expertise.
Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
