Job Description
• Technical Writer role involves writing or supporting the development of various technical documents such as requirements, specifications, test plans, and user manuals. • Understand validation concepts to produce documentation for validated systems. • Provide evidence of compliance with legal, business, and regulatory requirements. • Translate highly technical software functions/features into process-driven, user-friendly materials to support implementation and training of applications. • Liaise with clients or developers to gather information. • Organize and synthesize medical and business literature, and write clear, accurate reviews of the literature. • Create operational and system qualification documentation to support Messaging Services implementation. • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and user manuals. Qualifications
• Knowledge of GDMS, Predict, Word (Microsoft Office and associated software) is helpful. • Responsible for correcting minor comments/edits in regulatory filings and verifying data throughout the documents. Minor formatting may also be required. Additional Information
