Commercial General Contractor in Dallas seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team. This firm specializes in ground-up commercial projects across a variety of sectors and has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project closeout Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff Develop, maintain, and drive construction schedules to meet deadlines Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, safety, and quality Manage inspections, RFIs, and submittals to ensure compliance with plans and specs Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to project management and clients Resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays or budget impacts Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation of job site activities Support and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff Collaborate with Project Managers to forecast manpower, equipment, and material needs Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications OSHA 30 certification (preferred) What’s on Offer
