DizarioSearch is partnering with a leading organization in the paper converting and manufacturing industry in the search for a
Plant Manager
to join their team.
This role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a 24/7, fast-paced, unionized facility, located near Adair, OK. The
Plant Manager
will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring plant-wide safety, and aligning production operations with organizational goals. The position oversees a team of six direct reports and plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including budgeting, production scheduling, and inventory control.
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment in alignment with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
Enforce compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and all applicable labor and safety regulations.
Evaluate operational processes and develop strategic plans to optimize resource utilization and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, a combination of relevant education and substantial industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Prior experience in the paper industry
2-3 years in a manufacturing leadership role
Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
