We are excited to welcome recent college graduates into the Leadership Development Program (LDP), a 12-month, hands-on experience designed to jump-start your career in hotel management. This immersive program blends classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, preparing you to lead with confidence and impact in the hospitality industry. Program Details
Leadership in Training: you will gain real-world exposure across key departments in Rooms and Operations. You will be placed in an Assistant Manager role from day one, with tailored development tracks to strengthen leadership, operational, and business acumen. You Will Gain Exposure To: All facets of your discipline (Food & Beverage & Recreation) Pyramid Global senior leadership and company culture Leadership and supervisory skills training and coursework Brand environments and distinctive, independent hotel properties (dependent on placement) Taskforce Management opportunities (dependent on availability) Cross-functional exposure to: Business Development Revenue Management Sales & Marketing Rooms Division Leadership Human Resources Coursework Topics Include: Time Management & Prioritization Building Relationships & Communication Motivating and Leading Teams Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving Critical Thinking & Decision Making Training & Performance Coaching Work Environment
Fast-paced, guest-facing environment Indoor/outdoor work depending on department Frequent interaction with guests, team members, and vendors Exposure to cleaning chemicals, food preparation areas, or laundry operations May work around loud noises in certain areas Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling (up to 25-50 lbs depending on role) Bending, kneeling, or reaching may be required Ability to operate equipment (e.g., POS systems, housekeeping carts, dish machines) Variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; early mornings or late-night shifts as needed Be part of something new. Recent college graduate or graduating senior (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management) High-level critical thinking and problem-solving ability Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality and leadership Authorized to work in the U.S. - sponsorship during this program is not available. Starting Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $50,000.00/Yr. - $60,000.00/Yr., based on qualifications and experience.
