Job Description This is a project/limited term position estimated duration 6-12 months unless otherwise amended. The Production Coordinator reports to the VP, Golf Operations.
Responsibilities
Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of production remotely and in studio.
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission.
Navigate internal databases regarding broadcast schedules, crewing, personnel.
Assist in reconciling remote event’s budget with onsite Production Manager.
Manage travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew.
Coordinate with internal partners and vendors on Remote and Studio Logistics.
Manage purchase cards and budgets fiscal responsibilities.
Coordinate with broadcast partners on deliverables and logistics.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of sports production.
Minimum two years experience in television/film production, preferably network or facility.
Adhere to tight deadlines, clear communication, handle multiple tasks high-pressure.
Working knowledge of Excel and Smartsheets.
Excellent communication, organizational, time-management skills.
Interest in operations side of Sports Broadcasting.
Collaborative and team oriented.

Unrestricted work authorization in United States.
18 years or older.
