Directly lead all departments and functions of the manufacturing facility, including Admin, Inventory, Production, Packaging, and Facilities; plan and organize production operations; oversee the production process; coordinate with partnering departments; review payroll; manage budgets; provide monthly production analysis; and present data to the Sr. Director of Operations to ensure proper execution. A successful candidate will drive purpose, vision, and engagement across multiple functions and have a track record of hiring, training, and developing leaders, along with resilience, accountability, and integrity. Responsibilities

Hires, trains, and develops leaders within the organization Directly supervises Admin, Inventory, Production, Packaging, and Facilities teams Clearly communicate with Department Managers throughout production to provide adequate support Audit employee performance reviews Oversee hiring and terminating processes Train and develop Department Managers and ensure staff follow training schedules Partner with Sales and Sales Ops to ensure production meets sales demand Foster a culture of accountability at all levels Ensure inventory and transfer compliance management is up to date, including CTS, production loss, returns or damages, transportation, and maintaining inventory within ±5% of reported quantities; act as subject matter expert on state compliance laws Drive results in production quotas and people metrics; monitor sales and market trends regularly Forecast, purchase, and allocate raw materials and components; manage lead times and storage capacity for on-site and off-site locations Oversee Food Safety Compliance Program: training, audits, coaching, corrective actions, and compliance testing Resolve complex information to effectively problem-solve Foster a motivated workplace culture aligned with organizational objectives Qualifications

At least 5 years of directly-related experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment (preferably food or beverage) At least 2 years leading large, diverse teams across multiple departments Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and inventory management systems High attention to detail; strong problem-solving under pressure Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and teaching abilities Ability to travel as needed to additional locations Advanced mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to perform advanced visual quality inspections on products Willing to submit to a background check Must obtain all required state permits, licenses, certifications ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred State regulations require applicants to be 21 years of age or older Benefits
