Description Start Date 9/22 Pay rate: $17.25 After 30 days on assignment > pay rate increases to $18.50 Benefit Customer Service Representative - Non-Bilingual This is a seasonal role with opportunities for advancement to full-time opportunities with Willis Towers Watson for top performers. Work is primarily remote following initial training. Eligibility requirements to work from home must be met. Responsibilities

Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations through phone, email and instant message. Customize customer service approach to meet different communication styles while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements. Translate health and welfare and pension terms and processes into simple explanations and actions for customers. Read and understand client plan documents and online knowledgebase tools, collect relevant information, determine immediate requests, and anticipate future needs. Demonstrate knowledge and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines, providing accurate information. Maintain and document complete call and case notes in a professional manner. Regularly participate in team meetings and training. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Comfort with online training and virtual management interactions. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and type 30 words per minute. High School degree required. The following are a plus: knowledge of health and welfare or defined benefit pension plans; experience in a call center. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
