Simulation Operations Specialist Join our client's innovative team at the forefront of healthcare education as a Simulation Operations Specialist. In this critical role, you will support their Nursing Simulation Program, ensuring seamless operation of simulation activities that prepare future healthcare professionals. Demonstrated ability to oversee simulation or laboratory environments with strong organizational skills Proficiency in programming simulator software to model physiological responses accurately Experience operating and maintaining high-fidelity patient simulators, audiovisual systems, and medical equipment Adept at troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating maintenance or repairs with vendors Skilled in setting up, executing, and swiftly dismantling simulation scenarios to meet tight schedules Ability to train and support faculty, staff, and students in the use of complex simulation technology Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to professional protocols Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively Background in IT, computer science, or information management with experience across software systems and relational databases Preferred Education and Experience
