Traveling Overnight Construction Superintendent – Commercial Retail We’re partnered with a leading general contractor looking for a Traveling Overnight Superintendent to manage large-scale overnight remodels for major retailers across the country. This is a full-time travel role, requiring supervision of projects during overnight hours to minimize disruption to store operations.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing field operations on commercial remodel projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments and is experienced managing crews and subcontractors during non-standard hours.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction experience, specifically with overnight remodels for large retailers

Experience managing projects $2M+ in scope

Strong leadership, scheduling, and site coordination skills

Ability to travel extensively and work overnight shifts

Proven track record of completing projects safely, on-time, and within budget
