Traveling Construction Superintendent | Southeast Region We’re partnering with a leading commercial contractor to find an experienced Traveling Superintendent for ground-up construction projects across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience managing large-scale projects, including tilt-wall construction, and budgets of $15M+. Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee all field operations, from site mobilization through project completion. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, quality, safety, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Lead construction operations for large ground-up commercial projects, including tilt-wall Manage subcontractors, schedule, quality control, and safety compliance Collaborate with project management and field teams to drive project success Mentor and guide field staff and foremen Maintain daily reporting, inspections, and documentation Qualifications
5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects Experience with tilt-wall construction strongly preferred Managed projects with budgets $15M+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, site logistics, and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel regionally for project assignments Why Join
