Traveling Commercial Superintendent – Southeast U.S.
We’re working with a respected general contractor that’s actively seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their team. This is a full-time position with projects located throughout the southeastern United States, focused on ground‑up commercial construction.
About The Role You’ll oversee field operations on large‑scale commercial projects, managing schedules, subcontractors, and quality control from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who takes pride in delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality builds while maintaining strong communication with project management and ownership teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supervising ground‑up commercial construction projects
Proven ability to manage projects $5M and larger
Background with CMU and steel structures preferred, but not required
Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, and site coordination
Willingness to travel across the Southeast on a project‑by‑project basis
