Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed information about our products and services, guiding customers in their decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
