Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and resolutions in the database. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes and systems. Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure they reach a satisfactory conclusion. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Benefits
