Build empathetic and intelligent conversational AI agents to automate complex workflows

Combine user empathy with product thinking to guide teams in problem-solving

Collaborate with design and engineering partners to develop systems and solutions

Advocate for users and identify dependencies across teams for a holistic multi-agent experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in product management, specifically in SaaS or B2B environments

Experience with conversational AI and building AI agents that operate semi-autonomously

Strong technical acumen to understand and influence AI agent designs

Maturity in managing stakeholders, including leadership and external partners

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in navigating complex projects with multiple team dependencies

Strong understanding of user behavior and conversion metrics
