is seeking an experienced product manager to scale the development and delivery of Supplier Payment Plus, a critical product that reduces manual work in receiving and recording payments from BILL SMBs.

Whether in San Jose, CA, Draper, UT, or working remotely, BILLders collaborate to deliver real impact for businesses that need more time in their busy weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the Supplier Payments Product roadmap working closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and cross‑functional teams in Sales and Operations to ship high‑impact features.
Scale Supplier Payments from 0‑1 to 1‑n by prioritizing feature development with growth experiments that drive metrics around customer adoption and usage, in collaboration with Data Analytics, Sales, Post‑sales, and Marketing partners.
Drive product‑segment fit by establishing a continuous pulse on customer needs and competitive strength, gathering feedback from Sales, Marketing, and CX teams, and working with Engineering and Design to develop new features and optimize the user experience.
Continuously monitor key financial metrics to recognize drivers, make data‑driven decisions, and update stakeholders on a continuous basis.
Bring AI‑driven innovations to improve end‑to‑end customer experience and operational efficiencies.
Be a thought leader and disseminator of subject‑matter expertise leveraging internal data‑driven analysis, and continuously discover external payments industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Customer Obsession: relentlessly focus on understanding and solving real customer problems using research, feedback, and analytics.
Cross‑Functional Leadership: influence and align stakeholders across Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations in a matrixed environment.
Data‑Driven Decision Making: define, track, and interpret KPIs to inform prioritization and drive product outcomes.
Executional Excellence: deliver complex, cross‑team programs and ship high‑quality experiences at scale, on time.
End‑to‑End Experience Design: map and improve user journeys, optimize navigation flows, and drive cohesive integrated experiences across multiple products.
Communication & Evangelism: present vision and decisions clearly at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
8 years of progressive experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 with a master’s.
Non‑negotiable B2B experience.
Strong background in Order to Cash processes (receivables, billing, cash application) or fintech; payments experience is heavily preferred.
Experience with middle‑market organizations and enterprise; global experience is a nice‑to‑have.
Growth mindset and curiosity.
Experiments, A/B testing, and optimization through trial and error.
Nice‑to‑have: experience with B2B agentic solutions.
