GTM Enablement Manager- Payments and SPP
We are looking for a Go To Market Enablement Manager to join BILL. The role focuses on designing and delivering programming, content, and training that enables our GTM teams to effectively sell, drive adoption, and retain clients who use our Payments solutions with a focus on Supplier Solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver impactful sales learning programs for Payments solutions with a primary focus on Supplier Solutions
Facilitate engaging live training sessions in a hybrid or remote environment
Create and maintain Payments collateral in Seismic
Create eLearning courses in Articulate 360 and Docebo LMS
Create customer messaging material to complement Product messaging strategy (best practices, talking points for Discovery, Qualification, Pitch, Demo, Objection Handling, and Closing)
Collaborate with Enablement, Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations on initiative launches and reinforcement
Coach GTM teams on Sales Methodology and best practices for effective selling techniques
Use conversational analytics to uncover trends in customer conversations and partner with Revenue Managers to improve interactions
Evaluate impact using the Kirkpatrick Model and provide summaries to stakeholders
Support Enablement projects such as Go To Market Kickoff, President’s Club, and other GTM-wide initiatives
Skills
Relationship builder; collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
Agile and flexible; able to pivot quickly in changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking, facilitation, storytelling, documentation, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Ability to prioritize competing requests to maximize business impact
1:1 and small group sales coaching
Certified in one or more sales methodologies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of Financial Technology software and how fintech improves business operations
Ability to design creative Sales collateral (presentations, one-pagers, infographics, LMS courses, asynchronous video)
Sales tool administration: Gong, Articulate, Seismic, Docebo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight
Preferred: prior closing experience in a Sales role
